We can often provide the answers from our own resources, but where that is not possible we will refer to our partner companies on your behalf. In either case, you will receive your answer from us within one working day!

ExportAnswer™ supports individuals and companies in more than 70 countries and across industry sectors. We are happy to support students, researchers, and all kinds of businesses from any country, subject to the Standards outlined in our ABOUT US page.

There are two levels of service. ExportAnswer™ is free at the point of use and is designed to answer simple questions quickly. We reserve the right to decline to answer multiple or compound questions, but we are happy to provide a quotation for any work that may significantly exceed the non-chargeable time we allocate to each of our Advisers.

ExportAnswerLive™ provides a more in-depth mentoring service for a very small annual subscription. That subscription entitles you to six 30-minute mentoring sessions based on a subject matter of your choice. We select the most appropriate Adviser for your needs and ask you to provide a single page outline covering the points you need to discuss. Our Adviser will contact you to arrange a suitable call time following initial research into your selected topic.

You must REGISTER with our website as a Member or login using the login box on the left hand side of the screen to your account to use any of our services. Exportaid uses your registration data responsibly. We operate a secure database in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, and we do not pass on your details to any third party marketing company. We do occasionally send you email updates to advise you of new products, services and events.
